Das Hotel war sicherlich einmal sehr schön, es ist mittlerweile aber ziemlich abgewohnt. Die positiven Bewertungen sind demnach auch schon etwas älter. Eine Renovierung ist dringend notwendig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich, für jeden was dabei.

The room, shower, supplies, and service were very good. Shout out to Mahesh from 3F for the excellent housekeeping, and to Saurav Malik for helping send my items thru courier. The only bad things were the frequent power outages, which happen anytime of the day and night.

Highly recommended. good ambiance, service and food.. must visit. Buzz restaurant staff is amazing.. staff is very cooperative.. urban gateway offer is best.. Dmart is nearby for local shopping. We could enjoy swimming pool..........

I recently stayed at Vivanta Pune for two weeks (25 Aug – 6 Sept) and, despite some initial challenges, the outstanding service truly made my stay worthwhile. Upon arrival, I encountered an issue with the room due to humidity, which wasn’t ideal. However, I must give special thanks to Anamika from the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure I was relocated to a better room as soon as one became available. She consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and her exceptional care made all the difference. For anyone looking to unwind, I highly recommend a visit to the hotel salon – Asif offers a wonderfully relaxing hair wash. It was a much-needed treat during my stay. When it came time to check out, the process was seamless. Though I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, they were incredibly efficient in splitting all my bills accurately and swiftly, which is rare in my experience with other hotels. I was very impressed by their professionalism. While the room issue did impact my initial impression, the outstanding service more than compensated for it. Because of the dedicated staff and their excellent service, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Vivanta Pune in the future.

Overall experience is great, but few things operationally could be better, I was waiting for the room for more than 1 hour, even though I checked in at 10pm. Ideally the room should have been available by 2pm, yet neither I got the night waived off nor i got a room upgrade. Another day, the service for dinner ordered from the menu was very slow, and on one of the evening we had to wait for the pick up taxi for 15 mins, even though the details of pick up and location are shared a day in advance.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Vivanta . The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally polite and organized. The buffet breakfast and à la carte lunch were both delicious and well-prepared. One suggestion would be to introduce more activities and entertainment options to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, incorporating guided tours or local excursions could provide guests with a deeper understanding of the area. Overall, I look forward to my next visit and hope to see even more engaging offerings!
